International Festival of adult amateur theater "LYUBITELIVY?", organized by the theater-studio "Teine Taevas", is  held in Sillamae since 2010. A distinctive feature of the festival is a serious professional work of directors with well-known teachers and  theatrical figures. The festival gathers the best theater groups from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, Russia, the Netherlands, Australia, and remember viewers high-quality productions.
