In 2017, the city of Sillamae is celebrating its 60 year anniversary. As part of these celebrations there will be held various activities:

23.06- Midsummer night and victory celebration

24.06- procession, concerts, master classes, dance, children's program, an exhibition of vintage cars and other exhibits

25.06- sports competitions and various youth activities.
